On August 11, 2026, Hyundai of Everett had the incredible honor of taking part in a Hyundai Hope On Wheels ceremony at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Hope On Wheels is dedicated to helping children and families facing childhood cancer by supporting innovative research and providing hope for a brighter future. Seattle Children’s and their doctors are the remarkable recipients of grants from this organization, making today’s celebration especially meaningful.
This year, Seattle Children's Hospital received $700,000 in grants. The Hope On Wheels organization gave the hospital two grants: $400,000 to support the research of pediatric oncologist and the grant’s principal investigator, Dr. Joelle Payne Straehla; and $300,000 to Dr. Rameshwar Rao, the attending physician at Seattle Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center.

Being part of a moment that brings together patients, families, healthcare professionals, researchers, and members of our Hyundai community is a true privilege. We’re proud to stand alongside Hyundai Hope On Wheels and Seattle Children’s in the fight against childhood cancer and to help drive hope forward.
