Our goal at Hyundai of Everett is to give you the easiest and friendliest experience you have ever encountered at a car dealership. Starting from the moment you walk in our front door, all the way through the final close of your door as your drive off of the lot in your new or pre owned vehicle.
Our finance department is committed to making sure you get through you document process in a timely manner, while still maintaining the integrity of the importance of your total understanding of your contractual obligations and what they mean to you as an individual. We pride ourselves on tailoring every loan to meet your specific needs and will do whatever we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied and comfortable with your purchase or lease.
Once you have agreed to purchase the vehicle with your salesperson, a designated finance professional will greet you on the showroom floor and bring you back to one of the offices in the finance department where we can go over your transaction in a quieter and private environment.
We will then verify your information on your credit application and make sure we have all of the information in our computer correct so our documents are accurate.
We will handle any licensing documents and trade documents at that time as well. We will have you sign documents for any rebates you might qualify for as well.
We will then show you different options that are available that will protect you and your new or used vehicle. A detailed description of these options is listed under the "Finance Options" tab on our website if you would like to familiarize yourself wit the information before you come in.
We will then complete your final contract and bill of sale, collect any down payment you are giving us and page your salesperson for your delivery.
You can expect this process to take anywhere from 25 - 30 minutes once you are in the office with us. The time commitment will vary depending on your individual needs and questions.

FAQ: What do I need to bring with me to the dealership if I am financing?
Good question! The list of stipulations given by a lender will vary by individual.
The following is a list of what you can bring to save time later on:

Military Rebate: We will need a Form DD214 or an L.E.S. If you do not have a Form DD214, we can assist you in obtaining one.
Valued Owner Rebate: A current registration or title that is in your name.
Competitive Owner Rebate: A current registration or title that is in your name.
College Grad Rebate: A copy of your diploma verifying your graduation date within 2 years of the date of purchase or a copy of your college transcript verifying your graduation date within six months of purchase and a paystub verifying $2000.00 per month gross income or a letter from a prospective employer verifying an employment start date within 90 days of purchase with a minimum of $2000.00 per month gross income.
AND.......last, but not least...don't forget to bring your government issued I.D. so we know it is you!

FAQ: How do I cancel my extended service contract and/or gap coverage?
In order to cancel your extended service contract and/or gap coverage you will need to print and fill out the attached form.
Please make sure to indicate the date you would like the cancellation to take effect. If your car has been involved in a total loss, we can use that date as long as we have documentation from the insurance company to verify the date of loss.
Please clearly indicate with an "X" the specific coverage you would like to cancel. We can not check the items for you.
The mileage at the time of cancellation is required for the extended service contract.
Mark other if you are not trading the vehicle or if the vehicle has not been totaled. Specify your reason as "customer request".
If you are still financing your vehicle, we will need the name and address of your current legal owner, along with the account number where the money should be applied. The premium will be applied to the principle balance of your loan and you will simply pay your loan off in shorter period of time. Your monthly payment will remain the same.
Please print your name (s) as they appear on your contract. This is how we locate your information in our system. Please list the address where you would like your refund check mailed.

Extended Service Contract: You will be able to mirror your 5 year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper protection with Hyundai for 10 years/100,000 mile protection. In addition it will provide you with unlimited Roadside Assistance, Unlimited Towing, Trip Interruption Service, Rental Car Coverage, Paint less Dent and/or Ding Coverage for a period of 5 years/60,000 mile. If you are purchasing a used vehicle, the term and mileage amount will be determined by the year and mileage on the vehicle at the time of sale. All years/mileage are whichever occurs first.
Tire/Wheel (Rim) Road Hazard Protection: You will receive a new tire and wheel damaged due to road hazard and will receive coverage due to cosmetic or curb damage of a non chrome or chrome simulated wheels. This coverage is for a period of 5 years.
Windshield Protection: You will be able to replace your windshield if a crack or chip is in the driver's line of sight (anywhere the windshield wiper touches) or repair or replace a crack or chip in a spot other than the driver's line of vision, depending on the need. The coverage lasts for 5 years and covers up to $5000.00.
Gap Protection: Can cover the difference between what you owe on your vehicle and what the insurance deems as "fair market value" should your car be declared a total loss. Our Gap protection will also cover your deductible up to $1000.00. The coverage will be for the entire term of your loan. New vehicles qualify up to 150% of the vehicles MSRP and pre owned vehicles up to 150% of the NADA value.
Northwest Protection Package: An environmentally friendly exterior and interior sealant package that protects your vehicle and keeps it looking new and stain free. This comes with a 7 year guarantee against most stains and environmental paint issues. Give us a call for a complete list of covered items.
SAFELEASE: Protects you if you choose to lease your new Hyundai. SAFELEASE can help with the cost of unexpected wear and tear damage to your vehicle should you choose to turn it back in to Hyundai at the end of your lease.
Key Replacement Coverage: Covers key and/or fob up to $800.00 per year if lost, stolen or destroyed.

No, the lenders will send you a welcome letter with information about where and when to make your payments. You will be able to set up automatic withdrawals once you receive this letter with your specific account information. Most lenders have websites that you can access to create a user ID and password to manage your account entirely on line. You will need your account number to set up your account and will receive that information in the welcome letter. Please contact the finance department at Hyundai of Everett if you have not received your welcome letter 30 days from your date of purchase. If you want to buy out your lease and would like us to help you secure financing...simply click on the "credit application" link on our website and complete the on line application. Make sure to specify that you are interested in obtaining financing for your currently leased vehicle. We will give you a call to go over the details once we receive your application and can answer any other questions you have at that time. Once we receive an approval, we will schedule a time for you to come in and complete the necessary paperwork. It is that simple!
Turn in my current Hyundai:
Hyundai Motor Finance will contact you in advance of your lease termination date and give you information about the company that performs the inspections prior to you turning in your vehicle. Once the inspection is complete and you have a copy, give us at call at 425-258-9100 option #6 and we will schedule an appointment for you to return your vehicle. You will need to bring all of your keys and remotes, your owner's manuals and any equipment that stays with the vehicle. We will complete an odometer disclosure and a turn in receipt, you will sign them and be on your way.
