​The Lee Johnson Auto Family is once again partnering with the Evergreen State Fair and the Snohomish County Food Bank Coalition to help fight food insecurity across Snohomish County through the annual Evergreen State Fair Food Drive.
From June 8th through July 8th, we encourage you to donate non-perishable and unexpired food items to Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett, or any Lee Johnson Auto Family location, and receive one free weekday admission ticket to the 2026 Evergreen State Fair for every 5 items donated, with a limit of 5 tickets per day while supplies last.
Suggested non-perishable and unexpired donations include:
- Baby Wipes
- Hygiene/Toiletries
- Feminine hygiene products
- Pasta (whole grain)
- Rice (brown and white)
- Peanut Butter
- Shelf Stable Milk
- Jelly and Jams
- Canned Meats (chili, stew, ravioli)
- Canned chicken, tuna
- Canned Fruits (no sugar added)
- Kitchen Staples (spices, flour, sugar, cooking oil, salt)
- Pet food (cat specifically)
- Hearty canned soups
In addition to dealership drop-off locations, you can also participate in a special drive-through donation event on Saturday, Jully 11th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Evergreen State Fairground West Parking Lot in Monroe. The Food Drive will also make an appearance at the Sultan Shindig on July 11th from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In 2025, the Evergreen State Fair Food Drive brought in over 18,000 pounds of donations!
The 2026 Evergreen State Fair will take place August 27th through September 1st, and September 3rd through September 7th. As one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest and most anticipated annual events, the fair attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year for entertainment, agriculture, exhibits, rides, and family activities.
