The Santa Fe has been fully redesigned during the 2024 model year, and has plenty of exciting features that you will want to know about. Here is what we know so far about the Santa Fe.
Santa Fe Performance
The new Santa Fe comes standard with a 2.5-liter turbocharged I-4 engine that produces 277 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque. An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive are standard, while all-wheel drive is available for drivers who want to optimize traction. While a plug-in hybrid model is expected to be released in the future, we do not yet know its specs. The EPA has not yet tested the new Santa Fe, so we do not yet know the SUV's fuel economy either. Hyundai says that the Santa Fe will have improved dampers and hydro bushings and a more rigid chassis, along with better air filtration.
Santa Fe Exterior
As part of a complete overhaul, the Santa Fe gets a major exterior makeover. The first change you might notice The front fascia of the Santa Fe makes a memorable first impression. The grille looks more modern and angular, with and the hood is now smoother and more intense. The bumper blends right in with the grille, creating a striking exterior appearance that can turn heads wherever you drive. The Santa Fe also gets a variety of stylish new wheel designs, which make it easier to customize the exterior appearance of your SUV.
Santa Fe Interior
Inside the cabin, the Santa Fe has several notable updates to make every drive more comfortable and convenient. The Santa Fe is expected to have six or seven seats, depending on how you want your model configured. The Santa Fe driver's seat and second row seats (if you opt for captain's seats) are Relaxation Seats. This means that these seats can lean back to a nearly flat position, so you can more easily take a nap if you need to rest. While we do not yet know the dimensions of the new Santa Fe, the SUV has a bigger rear opening, so you can more easily load heavy cargo into the SUV.
Santa Fe Technology
The new Santa Fe comes standard with dual 12.3-inch front touchscreens. One screen provides intuitive control over infotainment features, while the other shows important vehicle information with crisp, clear graphics. The Santa Fe also comes standard with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, so you can connect your smartphone to the infotainment system with ease. Two wireless charging pads come standard, so you and a passenger can keep your smartphones charged without having to deal with cables. A standard digital rearview mirror ensures you can always have a clear view of the area behind the vehicle even if the rear is filled to the brim with cargo.
Santa Fe Safety
If safety features are important to you, then you will love the Santa Fe. The SUV comes standard with plenty of helpful driver assistance features, including forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go technology, lane-departure warning, and lane-keeping assist.
