The EV Instant Rebate program is available on new and used EVs with 2016 model years or newer.
The EV Instant Rebate program is stackable. You can use the instant rebate you'll receive in addition to federal, state, and local incentives.

Eligibility
- Must Complete and sign a Customer Eligibilty Form
- Must be a Washington resident and register the vehicle with the Department of Licensing at a Washington residential address.
- Must Lease or Purchase an Eligible Electric Vehicle from Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett
- Meet income eligibility requirements:
- Either have a combined household income at or below the specified levels.
- Or be enrolled in a qualifying income assistance program.
